Warm Steak Salad with Creamy Salsa

Ingredients

3/4 Pound sirloin steak
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 Cup finely chopped tomato
6 Tablespoon sour cream
2 Tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
4 Cup Romaine lettuce, shredded

Preparation

  1. Rub steak on both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil, barbecue, or sear until done to your liking.
  2. Place lettuce on a platter. Slice steak and arrange it on lettuce. Spoon tomato mixture over steak.

Please give us the old presentation back - the new one is ugly, the fonts, presentation when printing, everything is just plain and boring. And there is no way to navigate from one day to the next in the week menu. Totally inconvenient.

I agree!! There is no "printer Friendly" option just "print" and I store my recipes on my computer therefore have to navigate this whole page... very time consuming
